My test client is able to connect to the WinCC Runtime instance and read data using the OPC-DA interface. I Cannot write to any tags. My test client states that the Item is Write Protected. However, the Item *IS* configured to allow Write Access in the HMI. I am able to *READ* tags using OPC-DA.
